Terms and Conditions

It is agreed that the terms of this agreement form an integral part of the contract and that no alteration, or modification, of this contract shall be liable unless accepted by Stewart Warren, Photographic Artist or his associates, in writing

Booking Fee: A Booking fee of £250.00 is payable upon signing the contract. All dates are not reserved until the Booking fee has been received. The Booking fee is deducted from the balance of your order.

Outstanding Balance: Any outstanding amounts are payable three weeks prior to the Wedding.

Cancellation: The client reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time prior to the date booked, by giving written notice to Stewart Warren or his associates. The  Client shall forfeit the Booking fee paid. Booking fee’s are non transferable to other services. However, if the cancellation is due to the Wedding being rescheduled, the Booking fee may be used against another date, subject to availability. All fees due shall be subject to any increase, which may be in force at that time.

Coverage: The photographer is granted artistic licence in relation to the photographs taken and the locations used. The photographer’s judgement regarding the locations, poses and number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct. The photographer will not be held responsible for lack of coverage caused by the Bride, Groom or Wedding party not being on time, or not being available at the time of photography. Also by the Church, Register office or Licensed Wedding venue, imposing restrictions regarding photography. The photographer does not guarantee any specific picture, nor to incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement.

Weather Conditions: Weather permitting, the Wedding photographs will be taken as agreed during Consultation. In the event of any inclement weather or abnormal disturbances, the photographer will make any necessary changes deemed suitable and will not be held responsible for any disappointment caused by the affor mentioned situation. However, with the co-operation of the client and guests, the photographer will do his best to produce suitable coverage of the Wedding.

Photographs: All photographic sizes are nominal.  The Photographs supplied will provide a pleasing colour balance/density, based upon the flesh tones of the subjects, but cannot guarantee exact colour matching.  Owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and patterns especially in man made fibres, it is sometimes impossible to record digitally the exact colour of a garment as seen by the human eye. The judgement of Stewart Warren, Photographic Artist in respect of all prints shall be deemed correct.

Copyright: The 1988 Copyright, Designs and Patents Act assigns the copyright of all images to Stewart Warren, Photographic Artist. It is illegal to copy, or allow to be copied by any means, including video, any photograph covered by this contract.

Sole Rights: All commissions are accepted on the understanding that Stewart Warren, Photographic Artist, shall be the sole professional photographer at the Wedding.

Display: Stewart Warren, Photographic Artist, reserves the right to use any photograph for display, exhibition, competition or in anyway                                                                                                                deemed suitable.
